£22-24K + bonus

An industry leading organisation is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join their organisation on a permanent basis. The role will involve working in a busy service desk capacity ensuring that their French customers are being provided with a high standard of customer service.

  • You will be the first point of escalation for any technical issues within the organisation
  • Provide high class customer support
  • Ensure that all technical tickets are supported within the given time frame


  • Previous experience of providing telephone, remote, e-mail support
  • Technical experience will include MS Windows XP/7, MS Office, printer setup & configuration,
  • Basic network support, PC, laptop
  • Experience of working as part of an IT Support Team
  • Experience of EPOS till systems (Highly beneficial)
  • Must be fluent in French


£22-24K + 10% Bonus
