Global Brand Manager - Wound Care: An experienced and successful Global Brand Manager is required to plan, establish and build the Wound Care business for a market leading, award winning, British business with worldwide reach and lots of potential.

The Global Brand Manager - Wound Care will join GAMA Healthcare, a leading provider of infection control and patient care products to the NHS and medical practices, with brands such as Clinell and Carell.

The company has a strategic programme to develop the business into wound care products, for which the R&D for a product range is now complete. The Global Brand Manager will own and lead the business into a full growth phase, taking ownership of all the elements to ensure a commercially successful brand and product range.

*Conduct Market Research necessary to build a robust and credible plan
*Build the business case for the wound care business including global market opportunity, forecast revenues, development and Go To market expenses, establishing a 5 year ROI
*Work with the R&D and NPD teams, define the wound care product range, prioritise product developments within this range
*Establish global positioning and messaging for the GAMA wound care brand
*Plan and agree on the Go To Market strategy for wound care, including channels of sale, pricing, sales team requirements, marketing communications and success measures
*Launch the brand, manage further developments and report on results
*Communicate with the business about the brand programmes and their progress
*Liaise with Finance on budget planning and reviews
*Engage with all relevant stakeholders, (R&D, NPD, Communications, Sales, Logistics) ensure their input is captured and their deliverables clear

Skills & Experience:
*Degree educated in a scientific or medical discipline
*At least 5yrs experience in a medical brand or product management role
*Proven success in a similar role in a related business
*Experience of broad business management
*An understanding of the NHS, healthcare, medical and regulatory environment is essential
*Relevant experience in wound care desirable
*High credibility and excellent influencing, interpersonal and communication skills
*The ability to work at all levels in the business
*A clear and structured approach
*Ability to reconcile differing points of view and achieve a positive outcome
