Well-established London based law firm seeks expert Child Care Lawyer!

The Firm
Our client is a well-established multi-office practice based in South London. They are staffed with a team of professionals dedicated to providing a wide range of services to both business and individual to a diverse clientele. Their team are highly experienced and are experts in their fields with numerous accreditation`s and an enviable reputation locally and further afield. Located within easy reach of good transport links, they now require a dedicated Child Care Lawyer.

The Role
We are now seeking an experienced Child Care Lawyer, applications are encouraged from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives, with at least 5 years family law and/or childcare experience. The successful Childcare Lawyer will handle a mix of public and private matters which may include: supervision orders; special guardianship applications and; care orders; attending Public Law Outline meetings; conducting your own advocacy and; child protection conferences. The ideal Lawyer will be able to manage cases; acting for parents, children and other family members from instruction to closure to include advocacy at all levels. Applicants with Law Society Child Panel Membership or are in the process of attaining is advantageous. The Candidate
Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5 years PQE;
Experience in Child Care and /or Family law matters;
Possess excellent client skills;
Able to communicate in a clear and concise manner;
Law Society Child Panel Membership or working towards attaining this accreditation would be advantageous.
