About the post–POST- are seeking a software developer who is comfortable designing and building solutions and relishes working in a fast-paced, high-quality environment. Working closely with the data director but working autonomously, this is a fantastic opportunity to stamp your mark across a complete tech product and be pivotal in the implementation choices of the business throughout the next phase of their growth.

The role is working for one of the fastest growing startups in the UK, already scooping awards and getting serious industry recognition for being a unique leader in their field. They work with leading global brands including eBay, Trivago, Farfetch, Sephora, Match.com and many others, helping them grow their mobile revenue by employing cutting-edge techniques in app store optimisation, conversion optimisation, and strategy. They believe that their technology strategy is key to the success of their company, and as such the projects you will be working on will be important to all areas of the business.

They've got ambitious plans for 2018, and the successful candidate will be driving many of these forward!

Your duties will include:

Designing, building and maintaining software projects related to cutting-edge strategies for app store marketingWorking with the rest of the data team and strategy department to co-design a platform that automates their current optimisation processesProductising the current ad-hoc business processesEnhancing an existing database to become the golden source of data for the businessWhat we need from you–Strong programming skills across multiple technologies, and the ability to quickly learn moreExperience with relational databases, unit testing, Python, HTML, REST APIs, JSON schemas, Javascript, UXPassionate about development and always keeping up with the latest trendsLove working in start-ups, and recognise that you may be a DB admin one day and a QA tester the next (and tech support all the time!)Some cool projects to show off in the interviewIt would be nice if you had some digital or mobile marketing experienceWhat you’ll get–Competitive starting salary that will grow with your performanceCompany pension scheme (1% matched by the company)Subsidised membership at the local gym (£60pm)Regular parties & social afternoons
