Help Desk Engineer (Document Solutions)
£25,000-£30,000 per annum
A large and reputable award winning managed services provider are looking to expand their document solutions team. This longstanding organisation makes them a great company to work for and will surely open a number of doors with their name listed on your CV.
This onsite role will be phone based working at their head office. You will be required to provide 2nd line document solution support to external customers, escalating issues that can't be handled remotely onto field service engineers.
This is a great opportunity for anyone who has experience working in an MFP, Photocopier or Print environment and is looking for a non-field based role. To be successful in the position you will need the following Experience:
- Equiprab Solutions
- Papercut Solutions
- MFP, Photocopier or Print background
- Excellent communication skills
