The Role

  • Management of the customer support team which includes office administrator, Parasense field service engineers and sub-contractors
  • Manage installations deadlines, timescales and costs by planning workload in line with customer expectations and available resources
  • Provide technical support to internal/external customers on products, scope for proposed works etc
  • Ensure internal procedures are relevant and maintained
  • Liaising with site managers
  • Undertake all H&S requirements, both on and off site/ SSoW / RAMS for the department
  • Installation quality audits
  • Review completed documents for field engineers, file and issue completion documents to the customers
  • Maintain internal CRM/ERP
  • Ensure PPM maintenance quotes are issued, followed and delivered
  • Generate, verify and follow up quotations for services and sales
  • From time to time visit customers sites to review system and scope requirements. 80% office / 20% out of the office
  • Deliver a constantly high standard of customer satisfaction that constantly exceeds customer expectations and ensure customer service level agreements are met
  • ISO9001 representative for the department
  • Provide monthly reports for orders received, pipeline orders and forecast for future requirements
  • Any other duties as required
