Product Support Account Manager

Acro Aircraft Seating have an exciting opportunity for a Product Support Account Manager with previous experience of delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs within the airline industry, to join our Product Support (Through Life Support) Department and add value to our fast-paced environment.

Reporting into the Head of Product Support, you will serve as the lead point of contact for all customers for Through Life Support (TLS) matters. You will problem solve client complaints and project manage the resolution of in-service issues, identifying and developing new opportunities for improvement in the Acro customer experience. You will ensure the timely and successful delivery of Product Support solutions according to customer needs and objectives, and will forecast, track and report on key account metrics.

To be successful in this position, you will have or be able to demonstrate:
  • Solid experience gained within Account Management and/or Project Management roles
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrable ability to influence, communicate and present to key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time, whilst maintaining high levels of attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Business Administration or Engineering degree, or degree in another relevant field (2:1 minimum)
  • Proven experience in the airline industry in technical roles
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • Proven capability of meeting tight deadlines within a fast-paced and pressurised environment
