Technical Support Analyst
Our client who specialises in insurance & reinsurance are seeking a Assistant Technical Support Analyst to come on board and support the technical infrastructure of which the company’s corporate systems are accessed and kept.
- Give assistance with any Solvency II related activities when required.
- Support the technical infrastructure of the corporate systems are maintained.
- Understand the Data Protection Act & Regulations.
- Implement all changes with agreed timescales.
- Travel to other UK offices when required
- Working with cloud-based applications + SaaS, PaaS & IaaS
- Corporate experience working with a 100 plus user infrastructure (2+ years)
- Industry awareness to help design planned installations
- Strong knowledge of facilities duties
- Experience with Office 365
