Lexcel accredited practice now seeks a Personal Injury Solicitor in Leeds, to take on a mixed caseload.

The office is centrally located with excellent transport links. They are now seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor to add to their team.

The Role
We are actively seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor to join our client`s busy department in Leeds, West Yorkshire. Joining the Personal Injury department, you will work alongside other professionals whilst demonstrating top class client skills. Your fee earning tasks will include: Multitrack and fast-track claims; EL; PL; OL; RTA; assessing liability; medical and clinical negligence; negotiating settlements; instructing Counsel; obtaining and considering medical records; evaluating quantum and; catastrophic injury cases.
The successful Solicitor will be actively involved in business development and networking initiatives. In return, the firm offers a competitive salary package including contributory pension`s scheme and the opportunity for career progression.

The Candidate
Applications are encouraged from qualified Solicitors with 5-10 years PQE.
Solid background in Personal Injury matters is essential.
Handle multiple caseload under minimum supervision.
Demonstrate excellent client skills.
Communicate well both verbal and written.
Participate in business development and networking initiatives.
