Our client is a growing marketing agency and this is a newly created role, due to lots of new client wins. You’ll be joining a successful team working under a highly experienced Marketing Manager, who will train and develop you. The role will be varied – as well as marketing the agency you’ll also be working on client projects and so you’ll need the ability to manage a busy workload, to be able to work to deadlines and switch easily between tasks.
Key tasks will initially include:
- Social media management - including post creation and posting
- Writing – this could be copywriting, blogging, email writing or award writing
- PR duties
- Project/Campaign management
We’re looking for someone with some relevant work experience gained within a generalist marketing role. You need to be able to write well, have experience running social media channels and be a confident communicator as you’ll be dealing with clients and internal contacts. It would be great if you had some PR experience although the company will provide training initially and in the long term.
