This role is key in ensuring that the workplace meets the requirements and expectations of Aviva, our colleagues and other building users. You will:
•Source and co-ordinate design resources to deliver great workplaces that reflect Aviva’s brand and design principles.
•Lead delivery of workplace change initiatives that excite our colleagues and are delivered to time, cost and quality without friction to the business.
•Deliver value for Aviva through effective space planning, CAD administration and supplier management.

Duties & Responsibilities
This role will deliver workplace design and change services that focus on the experience of our colleagues, visitors and other building users. You will use a combination of in-house and outsourced designers to continuously develop design principles that satisfy Aviva’s need for vibrant and flexible workplaces. In addition, you will lead delivery of workplace changes, including refurbishment projects and office moves.
•Developing in-house design expertise whist also sourcing third party designers, architects, cost consultants and contractors to deliver great workplaces that reflect the Aviva brand.
•Delivering efficient workplaces through effective space design.
•Managing and maintaining accurate office layouts and changes through outsourced CAD administration.
•Delivering change initiatives such as office redesigns and moves, covering: communications, project support, space planning, moves and furniture.
•Ensuring that change initiatives meet and exceed colleague expectations, minimising disruption and delivering to time, cost and quality measures.
•Collaborating with the FM Operations team to maintain building services through and after change.
•Continuously evolving workplace experiences to meet changing expectations, requirements, cultures and working practices.
Whilst these roles focus upon workplace change in Aviva’s occupied offices across UK and Ireland, you will also support design best practice for global projects, engaging 3rd parties as required.
Skills & Experience required
You will have prior experience of delivering workplace design and changes in a high profile, customer focused environment and of leading a small team. We are seeking an inspirational leader with:

•Strong influencing and negotiation skills
