We are seeking a Software Developer (M/F) to strengthen the team in Birmingham.

You will develop and improve the future of diagnostic solutions which are used for maintaining and repairing premium vehicles around the globe.

In a joined team of diagnostic and software specialist together with customers you will create new diagnostic concepts, diagnostic applications with a strong focus on user satisfaction and service efficiency.

You will be embedded in a team of diagnostic experts based at customer site and remote connected with the software development team.

Your task will be to identify and understand today's challenges and potential for improvements, developing new diagnostic procedures, functions and features in joint partnership with customers.

The objective is to bridge knowledge between diagnostic challenges in front of vehicles and proper software solutions to build an outstanding and innovative experience in vehicle diagnostics.

Core technologies: JAVA, JENKINS, JIRA, CONFLUENCE, SVN, GOOGLE CLOUD

  • Core skills: Open Mind, Agile development, Pair programming, Clean Code
  • Strong background in Computer Science
  • Strong communication skills and motivated in working with different people
  • Basic knowledge or interest in agile methods
  • Fun-working with and around fascinating vehicles
  • A maximum of 30% of travelling time (between UK and Germany)
  • Fluent English - basics in German is a plus.
