My client is a top Architectural company based in Central London. They are looking for an experienced 1st/2nd Line Support Analyst who is able to hit the ground running and is comfortable in dealing with a busy workload.
- 2+ Years experience as a Helpdesk analyst and is looking to step up into 2nd Line.
- Windows Environment (Win7/10)
- Windows Server 2012
- Group Policy
- Use Cisco Firewalls and Networks at top end - Client does not expect prior experience
- Strong customer facing skills, confident dealing with staff at all levels up to Directors/Board.
