Working as part of the communications team in a vibrant, fast paced and fast growing SaaS Intranet Software company, we would like someone to help us tell our story. This will involve liaising with internal teams to eek out news including product, service, people, quality and testing.

Role Responsibilities

Content management
- Generate different types of content
- Manage the website and SEO content
- Advise and oversee company communications including presentations, case studies, sales pitches, customer communications and award entries
- Build relationships with key stakeholders
- Assist the communications team with press releases, media information and public relations activities

Social media
- Build relationships with key audiences notably Twitter, LinkedIn and expand our social media presence with regular, meaningful content including blog posts

Creative campaigns
- Brand ambassador, who will be willing to consider creative ideas to help maximise promotional opportunities

Skills and Experience Required

- You are someone who loves writing and is able to develop this to help us talk passionately about the company and its products and services

- Experience of managing websites, writing content, social media posts is desirable

- A decision maker, you will be confident in your own abilities and of making decisions on content independently. And of course, be good with deadlines

- Friendly, professional, responsive and somewhat savvy with technology

- A flexible attitude and ability to work within a small but rapidly growing lively organisation

- Desire to manage and own content and develop its role within the company

- Leadership and management capability in order to shape the role and grow a team

- A self-directed, proactive approach to making the most of one's position - someone who creates their own work rather than waiting to be handed assignments

- Organisational and time management skills are a must. The role holder needs to be IT competent with strong written and people skills

(There is the opportunity to make this role your own and develop the role within the company along with managing a digital & social media apprentice from summer 2018)
