Customer & Technical Support Representative
Our client, a critically acclaimed games development company, are looking for their next big customer service advocate to join their passionate Customer Support team.
The ideal candidate will thrive on change. As new games and updates are launched, new problems arise and you will need to meet them head on. Graduates with a keen interest in Gaming will be considered for this role.
The candidate will be required to have the ability to write fluently in English, this is a key requirement for the role as they will be providing Technical Support via emails. The individual must also have a keen interest in Games.
Having some Technical PC expertise on diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues will be beneficial. The role does involve some shift work, so flexibility required on weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
