About the role
This challenging and varied role is to aid the financial control of the Aviva Business Unit on behalf of Capita plc. It offers excellent scope for development within a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Support the delivery of the BP - support and assist the management team to deliver the current year business plan
- Support and deliver the monthly MOB reporting process
- Support the successful resolution of commercial issues between Capita and Clients.
- Support the forecast and influence future contract financials.
- Support delivery / track benefits of cost reduction programmes
- Ensuring the business finance function including Capita policies, processes, and controls.
- Ensuring the business has sufficient financial MI to meet its needs
Management and development of the finance team (two)
Your experience will include:
Accountancy Qualification - ACA or equivalent
Capable of challenging and influencing other business areas
High level of business awareness - understand all of the key drivers of performance, profit and value.
Ability to manage multiple conflicting interests and deadlines
Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
