My client is a market leader and global innovator in supply chain technologies, field service logistics, technical services and Smart Box solutions. Providing an end-to-end supply chain solution that is used by over 400 businesses both in the UK and internationally.

My client is currently seeking an IT Service Desk Manager.


  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Service desk team, including personal development
  • Deliver support services to the highest standards possible
  • Manage the provision of all application support services (including global and field support), its customers and its partners
  • Offer support and assistance to the Head of Live Services and their direct reports, including but not limited to the provision of application support services
  • Continuously improve application support services at ByBox, adopting and adapting industry best practice wherever appropriate
