Are you a solution-focused individual looking to develop your career within IT? Our client is looking for an IT Support Analyst who can take ownership of their workload and drive to implement solutions that work for the end users.

You`ll be able to offer exceptional service to their network of over 340 sites across the UK, building relationships at each point of contact both onsite and within the Head Office function and communicating with users and suppliers as to the status of service tickets.

This opportunity will take you around the business network, commissioning new sites and working on small IT projects within the team. This is an exciting time to join the business and be part of a team whose work changes on a daily basis, you will have the opportunity to work on small projects and see your work through from start to end.

To be successful you`ll demonstrate:
- Network troubleshooting (TCP/IP and general WAN/LAN troubleshooting)
- Exchange/Active Directory administration
- Windows 7/10
- iOS/Android
- Project Experience
