Dynamics CRM Enterprise Level Solutions Architect

The Organisation


A global Tier 1 Consultancy are expanding their Microsoft Dynamics CRM practice and are looking for a Dynamics CRM Solutions Architect to work on some of the biggest projects in Europe. The organisation is backed by a multi billion dollar global enterprise, but operates with it's own autonomy. The consultancy is exclusively Microsoft Dynamics, and stands at around 300 people making it the largest solely Dynamics Practice in the UK.

The Role

You will be a Dynamics CRM Solutions Architect on enterprise level projects, providing Technical and Functional knowledge and expertise to internal and external teams. There is an element of travel UK wide involved, but there is flexibility home working as required. You will be working with Technical teams and external organisations to define business requirements and create a roadmap and strategy for project delivery. You will be working on some of the largest D365 in Europe with a direct route into Senior and VP level positions.


About you


You will have been responsible for delivering solutions architecture on multiple Dynamics CRM projects, Ideally you will have worked for a consultancy working with functional and technical analysts to define the architecture on projects with large projects, which will have to be demonstrable at interview stage. You will possess good problem solving skills and be able to deal with stakeholders at senior level to achieve desired results.


You will have worked on at least 10 Dynamics CRM projects specifically around Solutions Architecture and possess a grasp of the technicalities of Dynamics CRM to enable you to relate to technical members of the team. You will possess strong leadership skills and use your expertise to challenge requirements and devise solutions when required.

The Strategy

The organisation is positioning itself as a Business Transformation Consultancy, looking at how they can transform external Businesses with the implementation of Microsoft Technology.

The strategy can be simply split into 4 parts.


Industry Knowledge & Credibility

They are going to market with specific Industry Knowledge. They have recently set up specific Industry Towers in the organisation, headed up by Industry Leads with a long tenure in their respective fields. They are not necessarily from a Microsoft Technology Implementation background, but have a deep understanding, from an end user perspective, of the pains and pressures of their industries. This builds credibility and demonstrates to the client that they truly understand their organisations.

2. Data Analytics & BI

One of the key things clients need and benefit from, is the organisations ability to use BI and Data Analytics technology to understand the characteristics of their businesses. Using tangible data, they can measure the Business strengths, weaknesses and present key areas for Business Improvement. This also helps with gaining buy in, and presents statistical data on how an implementation of Microsoft Dynamics will be key for Business Improvement.


Transformation & Adoption

The new Transformation & Adoption team are there to go into clients, and help them come to terms with adoption of the new technology. This starts from conception, to implementation, to after-care. They are there to deal with the human elements of any technology implementation; recognising the benefits of the new system and training end users. They employ Change Management methodology to improve the success of the implementations- ultimately improving the quality of service, and further instilling the reputation of a Business Transformation Microsoft Gold Partner.


Training & Upskilling

This organisation is focused on the continued development of their Technical Consultants, Leads, Architects, Change Managers- across the whole board.
