The Firm
This local firm is well established with several offices in North London and justifiably proud of its reputation for quality service and great client-care skills. Regularly instructed in a wide range of matters by clients including large and small businesses and corporations, the firm is now looking for an experienced Solicitor to take an active role in further developing the already busy corporate litigation team.

The Role
This is an opportune time to join this thriving firm as a Litigator, you will be dealing with a range of commercial property and corporate related litigation.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following commercial areas: dilapidations; contested lease renewals under 1954 Act; service charge recovery; commercial landlord and tenant disputes; Boundary disputes and; recovery of land from unlawful occupiers. As well as that, the following areas in corporate matters are also essential to the role; partnership and shareholder disputes; contract disputes; employment disputes; professional negligence and; insurance, banking and finance disputes is desirable, but not essential.

This is a great opportunity to develop the role and in return, the successful applicant will receive a generous salary with excellent bonus schemes.

The Candidate
Solicitors and Legal Executives with 10 years` experience or more are encouraged to apply.
Demonstrate excellent time keeping skills, meet tight deadlines and maintain the competencies necessary to provide a proper standard of service to clients.
Have a strong understanding of the SRA Code of Conduct and other relevant regulatory requirements.
Commercial and financial awareness is essential for this role.
Have a flair for personal and business development and build a client following.
