Account Receivable Clerk / Credit Controller
Duties
- Own and maintain the sales ledgers
- Ensure cash is received on time
- Post cash to ledgers on a timely basis
- Raise manual invoices and credit notes
- Month end reporting of overdue cash
- Cash forecasting of customer receipts
- Liaise with sales team to ensure all issues are addressed
- Monitor and report cash position throughout the month
- Deal with customer queries
- Offer ad hoc assistance to the finance manager and wider finance team
Person Specification
- Previous account receivable experience
- Good Excel skills
- Ability to manage own workload essential
- Ability to integrate into a small team essential
- MUST be immediately available
