Account Receivable Clerk / Credit Controller


  • Own and maintain the sales ledgers
  • Ensure cash is received on time
  • Post cash to ledgers on a timely basis
  • Raise manual invoices and credit notes
  • Month end reporting of overdue cash
  • Cash forecasting of customer receipts
  • Liaise with sales team to ensure all issues are addressed
  • Monitor and report cash position throughout the month
  • Deal with customer queries
  • Offer ad hoc assistance to the finance manager and wider finance team

Person Specification

  • Previous account receivable experience
  • Good Excel skills
  • Ability to manage own workload essential
  • Ability to integrate into a small team essential
  • MUST be immediately available
