Do you offer experience working with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, and looking to secure a satisfying part time position? Providing exceptional Occupational Health services plus Risk Assurance, we support a wide range of clients across diverse industries, and this position is available due to internal promotion.

You'll be closely involved with all aspects of support tasks related to our Quality and Governance Team.

Based at our head office site in Aldermaston, this administrative support role will involve you assisting our team with:

-Health and Safety
-Clinical governance
-Accreditations
-General Administration
-Development and Research

-You'll ensure our policies and documentation are kept up to date, arrange quarterly meetings, take minutes and maintain the records of Risk Management meetings.
-You'll maintain all Business Management System Documentation, and take responsibility for the management of our Master Document Register.
-You'll also record internal audits and findings; following up any recommended changes, and managing the Incident Reporting process Support the Responsible Officer in the management of quarterly Clinical Governance meetings.
-Looking after the travel and accommodation for the Assurance Director and Advisor; assisting the office with general enquiries; and interacting with all our staff on the content of documents will also keep you busy.
-Participate in the development of business management documentation.
-Assist in project development to enhance the delivery of documentation.
-Participate in education and training activities.

To be successful in this post, you will offer some experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management, be confident handling a variety of administrative tasks, and demonstrate proficiency working with MS Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.

Knowledge of SharePoint would be an advantage but not essential as we can provide training; and any exposure to IOSH Managing Work Safely / or Health & Safety experience would be helpful, but again not essential.
