We are looking for a talented individual who will join the team to assist in the ongoing support and maintance of the Office 365 service (in particular email) and who can also use their experience to advise and inform senior managers on service improvement opportunities.
- o Provides technical IT support for the Office 365 suite of products and services.
- o Performs Office 365 maintenance, incident and problem investigation tasks.
- o Contributes to the delivery of new services.
- o Undertake ad-hoc support tasks such as testing and documentation.
- o Communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- o Share knowledge with other business areas and Departments
You will have experience in:
Experience of working within the processes and procedures required for an effective incident/change/problem management system; ServiceNow experience a plus
- Experience of managing customer-facing services in a modern IT environment; preferably Office 365 or similar administration including but not limited to:
- o Exchange Online
- o Exchange 2010 (Hybrid)
- o Security & Compliance
- Management of troubleshooting and resolving IT issues
- Working in an ITIL environment
