Neopost helps organisations communicate better. Whether it’s paper based or digital, we offer innovative technological solutions that help our customers present themselves professionally, manage their communications more efficiently and reduce costs. We pride ourselves on our customer satisfaction levels and are committed to being the market leader in our sector.
Neopost Credifon is a system that allows customers to credit their franking machines with the funds they need to pay for postage. As Payments Administrator in our Credifon department, you’ll ensure that payments are processed and banked in a timely fashion and take care of daily account reconciliation. Where payment information is missing, or account details need to be updated, you’ll contact customers directly; good administration skills and a personable and professional telephone manner are therefore essential. We pride ourselves on delivering to the high standards that our customers expect, with a minimum 98% accuracy rate and strict service levels in place for the fast turnaround of credit allocations and customer queries. To succeed, you’ll need a keen eye for detail and the ability to react at pace.
In a time-critical business, the ability to prioritise your workload to meet marketplace demands and competitive pressures is vital, so we’ll be looking for top-notch time management skills and an ability to remain calm under pressure. This will be complemented by banking or cashier experience, gained in a quality-driven commercial environment. A talented and credible communicator, you’ll be able to get the best out of colleagues and customers; if you can also demonstrate an aptitude for negotiation, then so much the better
Neopost offers a wide range of benefits including:
- 23 days holiday, plus a day off for your birthday (with an option to buy/sell days)
- Season ticket loan
- Pension scheme
- Child-care vouchers
- Employee assistance programme
- Excellent recognition (incentive trips and award schemes).
