Service Delivery Manager/ SDM SIAM / Live Services/ CSI/ ITIL is required by our government, public sector client based Milton Keynes. Commutable from Northampton, Buckinghamshire, East Midlands, Luton, Bedford, Watford and South East.

Due to the urgency of this position candidates should hold SC or DV (Developed Vetting) Security Clearance or will be eligible to undertake Security Clearance.

Reporting to the Head of Service Delivery Management this role is accountable for the effective delivery of the defined Service through the Delivery Lifecycle. A pivotal aspect of this role is to manage business relationships with the customer and stakeholder to help identify growth opportunities.

Looking for someone with an indepth understanding of SIAM models

Essential skills:

Financial Management (Budget and Financial Planning) ᅵ should understand profit and loss and cost centres.

Service Improvement / Service Design/Architecture experience

Risk Management ᅵ Risk assessment

CSI ᅵ Continuous Service Improvement

ITIL Foundation certificate

Live Services

Reasonable technical understanding and an ability to translate technical requirements and specifications into easily understood business concepts and vice versa.

Excellent relationship management skills.

Excellent financial and budget management skills.

Knowledge of SLAs/OLAs/Contracts and their relationships.Successful track record of achieving performance delivery targets.

Ability to develop solutions with focus on customer needs.

Responsibilities will include but not limited toPeople leadership and operational management direct and matrix.

Providing coaching to wider support teams and managing career development within the SDM community.

Provide day to day management to the Account Management Team and SDM community providing escalation for Service Management and Delivery teams for operational issues.

Accountable for Service delivery of contractual service level requirements for defined services and/or customers.

Accountable for the repeatable and measurable delivery of services through the Service Delivery Lifecycle.

Ensuring delivery of customer specific Continual Service Improvement plan aligned to Delivery Strategy and Customer Satisfaction and Experience targets.
