Senior Marketing Manager
Central London
£60-£65k depending on experience

How would you like a new challenge working for a forward-thinking company where you can work autonomously without a sniff of micro-management?

What if the role was also working for a luxury perfumer with a fascinating heritage and an excellent working culture? That's exactly what you could have as the Senior Marketing Manager for this great brand.

Day to day you'll work in their centrally located offices, where you'll be able to take advantage of excellent staff discounts, a host of surprise gifts from the boss AND have the ability to push boundaries and deliver astounding results. You'll naturally be rewarded by a generous salary and the enjoyment of working for a company that promotes individuality and diversity.

The role:
- Once you've taken sight of the exciting growth plans for the business, you can get your hands on the e-commerce strategy; devising plans to take the business to the next level.
- Using your wealth of experience across PPC, SEO and e-CRM channels; you'll generate leads, retain customers and be an intrinsic part of a rapidly growing organisation.
- As a digital first business, you'll enjoy performing regular campaign analysis and optimisation, tracking your paid campaigns back to an impressive ROI - metrics that are sure to prove your standout performance as the shiny, new Senior Marketing Manager!
Are you the one?
- Your strong experience with Google Analytics will enable you to report to the board on your campaigns on a real-time basis.
- The passion you have for digital marketing channels, specifically performance models will give you the push you need to deliver against KPIs and targets.
- Your solid stakeholder management experience gained during your career will help you build meaningful relationships with key business stakeholders both internally and externally.
- The experience gained having worked for an eCommerce business previously will give you the skills and knowledge needed to understand and deliver upon complex digital projects.

If you want to get out of a rut and work for a company where you can shine, be an individual and have your voice heard, this could be the role for you.
