Manufacturing Implementation Consultant, Sage X3

Based: Hampshire

Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 + £4k Car Allowance & Benefits

Our Client, a growing organisation based in Hampshire are seeking an Implementation Consultant with experience of full lifecycle Implementation of the Sage X3 Manufacturing Module, due to their continued growth of their Sage X3 customer base.

The Implementation Consultant will be a driven individual with excellent communication skills and a high level of understanding of the Sage X3 Manufacturing Systems including Sage X3 Manufacturing Module or Sage X3 Distribution Module. You will learn the client’s requirements and translate them to process changes and solution needs. You will train clients on the company software purchased by the client and update them on new products, industry trends and potential training needs. You will establish positive client relationships during engagement for high client satisfaction, with quick deployment and adequate training.

Responsibilities include;

  • Provide Sage X3 training, internally and at customer sites and running Sage X3 implementation workshops.
  • Managing Data Migrations, Crystal Reports design and specifying and testing bespoke software requirements.
  • Lead Pre-Sales software demonstrations.
  • Create draft test criteria for review and performing system peer reviews, diagnose and solve technical issues, the escalation, resolution and improvement of processes.
  • You will also establish software solutions best practices for approaching best in class capabilities and manage technology awareness, legislation and process improvements.

Ideal Profile:

  • Strong experience within Implementing and Supporting Sage X3 Manufacturing Modules; Sage X3 Manufacturing Module or Sage X3 Distribution Module, full lifecycle.
  • Experience of Training Subordinate Implementation Consultants
  • Experience in Supporting Resource Planning and Software Implementation Process Documentation.
  • Strong customer-facing, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking with strong Business/Commercial acumen and attention to detail with.
  • Hands on experience in SQL and Crystal Reports are desirable.
