Motor Claims Assistant - Mitcheldean
My client based in Mitcheldean are currently recruiting for a Motor Claims Assistant to join their expanding team on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with great customer service experience looking to get into an office environment or even an experience candidate looking for a new challenge!
-Answer and deal with incoming calls efficiently and professionally
-Speak to both garages and customers, negotiating parts and labour costs
-Resolve customer issues as efficiently as possible, ensuring total customer satisfaction
-Handle written communication to and from customers
-Assist in the general administration workflow
-Assist Management Team with special projects and ad hoc tasks as and when required.
-Show ability to work independently and as part of a team
-The ability to prioritise workload, ensuring important tasks are completed in a timely manner.
-Basic knowledge of Word, Excel
-Self organised with a flexible approach
Hours- Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
