The Compliance Administrator role:

As a Compliance Administrator you will be providing compliance input, and support throughout all levels of the business, delivering compliance solutions, helping to ensure we meet the standard required by our regulator, the CQC, and thereby providing our Clients with a high quality standard of care.

As your experience grows you will start the monitoring of all three Businesses that have service delivery issues and escalate all concerns to both line management and senior management as appropriate, undertaking independent auditing and monitoring of all three brands to ensure that they achieve compliance with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.

You are required to monitor risks identified and action plans to resolve, highlighting on-going concerns to the Compliance Manager.

Key responsibilities of the Compliance Administrator:

- Provide regular reports to the Compliance Manager.

- Monitoring of risks identified and action plans to resolve, highlighting on-going concerns to the compliance manager

- Support the Compliance Manager in researching and developing best practise within the Health and Social Care sector, including supporting the writing of key policies and procedures.

- Undertake targeted audits under the direction of the Compliance Manager.

- Monitoring all brands to ensure that they comply with contractual obligations and terms of business with all clients.

- Monitoring of all regions that have service delivery issues and escalate all concerns to both line management and senior management as appropriate.

- Attend all relevant meetings as required and undertake calibration testing across regional boundaries as required. If necessary supporting across all areas.

Experience and skills required of our Compliance Administrator:

- Qualification or relevant transferable experience or skills in clinical audit

- Working knowledge of the CQC Standards and expectations or similar Governing Body

- Car driver preferred, However not essential
