Be able to resolve technical issues logically or ascertain key information to work to a solution with areas of IT. Essentially you will be providing first class telephone based and remote support to users on a variety of technologies working in an ITIL environment Managing calls and incidents, creating and updating incident records Meeting 1st time resolution service level agreements Escalating issues and incidences as required Ideally you will have: Experience of providing support on a range of technologies remotely including Windows 7 & 10, Microsoft Office, MS Exchange and Active Directory Experience of working within an ITIL framework and processes with successful outcomes Please forward your details to receive a full job description
