Digital Optimisation Manager (Conversion, MVT, Web, Media)

Location – North London

Salary - £50,000 - £60,000 + excellent benefits and bonus package

We are working with an up-and-coming Digital Media Company who are growing their Conversion & Analytics team and looking for a Digital Optimisation Specialist to work on a growing portfolio of websites.

We are looking for someone who has excellent analytical and strategic skills to deliver fantastic results to help drive business growth, so if you are an experienced web marketer with a hands-on approach and successful experience delivering growth for online businesses then we want to meet you!

What we need from you skills/experience wise:

- Extensive experience working with web analytics and customer insight data
- In depth knowledge and experience of A/B and MVT testing
- Very good understanding of UX best practices / cross platform UX
- Experience creating test plans, using split testing software and analysing split test results
- Experience with CRO & heat map tools (Google Optimize, Optimizely, HotJar, etc.).
- A keen eye for the latest trends in usability and conversion rate optimisation
- Be a great team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- An eCommerce or Affiliate marketing background (agency or in-house)
