Part Time Assistant Accounts Administrator
Main Purpose of the Job: To assist the financial controller and senior accounts administrator in ensuring the efficient running of the accounts and administration departments. Key Responsibilities: To assist and provide cover for all accounts and administration duties as required. Including wages, pensions, holiday schedules, cash, statement reconciliations, purchase ledger. Knowledge, skills and experience: Essential Ability to develop good relationships with team and other departments Ability to work accurately under pressure to tight deadlines Excellent communication and telephone skills IT literate with experience of Microsoft Excel Desirable Experience of Navision financial software Use of other Microsoft Office Software Please note that this is a Part Time opportunity and you would be required to work 20 - 25 hours per week.
