Technical Account Manager - Gloucester - Upto 35k

We have an opportunity to join a growing IT company in Gloucester who are looking for a new technical account manager to help build and develop relationships with existing technical customers. The aim is to maximise their customers satisfaction as well as identifying new opportunities in a professional friendly and consultative manner.


  • Build and develop strong relationships with existing customers
  • Manager accounts and ensure opportunities are maximized
  • Deliver a high level of customer service.
  • Consult with clients on a technical basis to discuss infrastructure solutions at a high level
  • Confidently create proposals, tenders and bids
  • Carry out presentations and demonstrations to customers


  • You will have over 2 years experience working in a technical sales or account manager role.
  • A previous technical background in infrastructure products and solutions.
  • A confident and consultative sales approach.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • A willingness to learn new products and technologies in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent sales prospecting and organizational skills to open accounts and close deals
