Technical Account Manager - Gloucester - Upto 35k
We have an opportunity to join a growing IT company in Gloucester who are looking for a new technical account manager to help build and develop relationships with existing technical customers. The aim is to maximise their customers satisfaction as well as identifying new opportunities in a professional friendly and consultative manner.
- Build and develop strong relationships with existing customers
- Manager accounts and ensure opportunities are maximized
- Deliver a high level of customer service.
- Consult with clients on a technical basis to discuss infrastructure solutions at a high level
- Confidently create proposals, tenders and bids
- Carry out presentations and demonstrations to customers
- You will have over 2 years experience working in a technical sales or account manager role.
- A previous technical background in infrastructure products and solutions.
- A confident and consultative sales approach.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- A willingness to learn new products and technologies in a fast paced environment
- Excellent sales prospecting and organizational skills to open accounts and close deals
