I am recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join my client and work from their head office in High Wycombe.My client currently has a small portfolio of residential services that support people with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and autism. This is due to expand as a new development is currently under construction and should be completed within the next 12 months.This brand new role has been created as they need to grow awareness of the business and build on relationships with commissioners and external agencies to secure new referrals and placements.Along with a very competitive salary, the appointed Manager will also be rewarded with a generous bonus scheme which will be based on performance.I am keen to speak with people within commutable locations such as; Leighton Buzzard, Dunstable, Luton, Hemel Hempstead, St Albans, Watford, Hayes, Edgware, Uxbridge, Maidenhead, Slough, Henley-on-Thames, Reading, Aylesbury, Oxford, Thame, Windsor, Bracknell, Wokingham and Beaconsfield to name a few.*A Full UK Driving License with access to a car is essential as regular travel will be required The Position:You primary responsibilities will originally focus on attracting new referrals to the business and achieve full occupancy across all sites. Your role will then continue to develop as the company grows and more services are established.The Person: - Experience of working within, or managing, a provision that supports people with learning disabilities/challenging behaviour/autism - NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent would be advantageous however, isn't essential - Experience of business development within a care settingInterested?
