Credit Documentation Manager
A fantastic opportunity has arisen at an established and historic bank within the City of London. They are looking for an experienced Credit Documentation expert to join their growing team.
Should you be successful your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Assist with generating, issuing and reviewing documentation for assigned jurisdiction's originated credit transactions for the Wealth Management department's private clients and investment companies.
- Review entity documentation for Trusts, corporations, LLCs, partnerships or other borrowing entities both onshore and offshore.
- Provide assistance and guidance to credit specialists as needed with review of documentation and drafting letters in connection with credit facilities
- Instruct and liaise with external legal counsel as required
As this role is with a major bank they are looking for an ideal candidate, one who is experienced with credit products including loans, standby letters of credit, guarantee and overdraft facilities. Furthermore you must be familiar with various collateral types including, cash, portfolio, real estate, and insurance-secured transactions.
The starting salary for this position will range £55,000 and £65,000 including benefits; dependent upon experience. These include a great work life balance and great opportunities for bonuses. Due to the size of the bank there are excellent career progression opportunities from this position.
