Paralegal/ Legal Secretary/ Conveyancing Assistant - Cambridge
We are looking for a Paralegal/ Legal Secretary/ Conveyancing Assistant four our client based in Cambridge. Previous Conveyaning experience is essential. This role is a mix of Secretarial and Paralegal work and the successful applicant will have their own caseload to manage as well as supporting the Fee Earners with secretarial duties.
The role will involve typing and filing documentation, delaing with telephone calls, queries and managing the diary. In addition a caseload will be allocated, which will require files to be maanged from start to completion, so experience of managing caseloads, preparing stamp land tax returns and completion statements and delaing with Conveyancing experience is essential.
To be considered for the role you must have:
Legal experience within a Conveyancing department, which includes secretarial experience.
Good Audio and copy typing skills
Ability to manage a caseload.
Excellent organisational and IT skills,as you will be required to edit lengthy documents.
A good standard of education including maths and English.
