They are looking to scale rapidly across the UK and internationally, and are assembling a dream team of people who are passionate about transforming the sector, improving people's lives, and building a multinational business.The role: Our Client is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultants to join the team in order to carry out Care Worker recruitment and manage a team of junior recruitment consultants. They are a dedicated and enthusiastic team that is growing rapidly and need to add to their recruitment team to make sure all of their carers are qualified, experienced, and of a high calibre to match their desired care quality.Responsibilities: • Staff management responsibilities including disciplinary and appraisals • Dealing with over the desk ongoing training • Heading team meetings • Staff recruitment • Advertise roles required and manage applications • Search CV databases for new Care Workers • Conduct initial Phone Screenings with all potential new Care Workers • Conduct F2F interviews following successful Phone Screenings and process all applicants • Carry out all mandatory security checks (DBS, references, ID) • Assist applicants with obtaining relevant insurance • Set up new applicants on CRM • Organise and arrange inductions for new applicants • Organise and arrange shadow shifts • Work with the Registered Manager to organise trainingExperience • Minimum 1-year experience in a similar Recruitment position • Ideally experienced in sourcing and onboarding Care Workers • Knowledge of necessary qualifications and compliance legislations required for the Care sector • Energetic, driven and motivatedThe Salary: Senior Consultant £32,000Compensation and Perks: • Work in a great location in central London • Work alongside a dedicated and hardworking team • Competitive salary • Huge potential for growth within the companyIf you are interested in hearing more about this vacancy please contact William Phillips on 01706 827828 or email email@example.comAs part of our continual pursuit of quality candidates we appreciate and reward candidate recommendations from you if we successfully secure them a position.
