Marketing Manager: An experienced Marketing Manager, reporting directly to the Head of New Brands is required to play an integral part in creating and implementing the marketing strategy for a new brand portfolio for an innovative drinks manufacturer experiencing outstanding, sustained growth.

The Marketing Manager will lead the marketing activities for the new portfolio including content creation, digital strategy and trade & consumer marketing. The successful candidate will join Seedlip, a Nature company who make and supply a range of the world's first distilled non-alcoholic spirits - 'what to drink when you're not drinking®'. The brand is sold in many of the UK's best cocktail bars, restaurants, hotels & retailers including The Fat Duck, The Ritz, Selfridges & Ocado.

Since inception Seedlip's culture has resembled more of a 'nature meets tech' start up than drinks company. This new brand project began in January 2018 to meet the rapidly growing demand and to further strengthen Seedlip's leadership in the non-alcoholic sector.

This role will initially be based in London, a 10-minute walk from Marylebone Station, until June when the company will relocate to new offices in Beaconsfield.

- Develop and implement the new brand marketing plan, with a focus on high growth revenue and ROI for marketing costs
- Trade marketing to drive brand penetration across all Seedlip's on & off-trade distribution channels, seeking creative and easy ways to create 'sticky distribution'
- Consumer marketing with insight generation to drive the saliency of the new portfolio
- Events coordination to create a memorable, eye-catching presence at both consumer and trade events while honouring the Seedlip brand style
- Build and manage relationships with outside vendors like advertising agencies, website production companies and others as needed
- Support the sales team to deliver forecasted volume expectations and broader business-wide sales objectives
- Capitalise on the national scope, tailoring to the specific style of each location
- Keep the team internally briefed on projects, timelines, event dates, consumer findings and externally promote the Seedlip brand in a consistent look and feel
- The new brand portfolio is perfect for a number of different consumer ecosystems; constantly monitor and evaluate to ensure brand engagement in the most effective activities, gaining maximum traction with our consumer and customers.

As with all start-ups, these parameters may change and grow rapidly to meet Seedlip's needs.

Skills & Experience:
- 2-3 years' experience in a marketing management role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- A deep understanding around the impact of trade marketing solutions and how to measure ROI and effectiveness
- Proven experience in taking an idea from inception through to successful implementation and post activity analysis
- Observant, personable, proactive, organised and entrepreneurial
- Comfortable suggesting industry-challenging ideas
- Excellent at designing, planning and project management
- Good at multi-tasking and problem solving
- Previous experience in a start-up or fast paced business
- Good written & oral communication skills
- Clean full driving licence
- Occasionally required to work some evenings and weekends
