Business Analyst with exposure to Agile, Software Development environments required to join a global software house working on highly innovative Web, Mobile and desktop applications targeted at an audience across the globe. Partnered with many of the worlds global brands my client is one of the most prevalent and innovative providers in this space. Having almost quadrupled in size over the last few years, they are on an ambitious path to dominate their market space. This isn't just a woolly line to satisfy a job advert, they are actively taking market share from their competitors as we speak and rolling into new markets, meaning they need to constantly push the boundaries of their platform (again not fluff, promise!)

Working closely with end customers, Developers, Project Managers and the company Directors you will bring clarity to complex solutions being delivered on to multiple platforms. Sitting in their specific innovations team, working within an Agile environment with regular sprints, you will be involved with many facets of product delivery to include eliciting and compiling requirements (including industry firsts!), creating comprehensive specifications, engaging with stakeholders of all levels across the business and crucially creating roadmaps for the implementation of projects.

This role and company would especially suit a candidate with prior Business Analyst exposure to a Microsoft Led .NET based software house (or similar) and/or financial/high transaction environments. However this is not a pre-requisite, simply demonstrable Business Analysis within an Agile software delivery role is the flavour of the day. Above all shortlisted candidates will display exceptional communication skills and have the ability to provide high-quality specifications for the development team whilst being an excellent ambassador for the company.

The company are an award winning organisation with a culture that not only offers an autonomous work environment but actively encourages individuality. They operate across the globe in one of the fastest paced areas of the technology marketplace. You can expect to be kept busy, challenged and motivated while working amongst a great bunch of people where a healthy social life and office banter form part of their culture. Hurren and Hope are a tier 1 partner to the organisation with a long-standing relationship with the directors. If you are interested and would like more information, please provide a Word version of your CV.

Thank you for your interest.
