We currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced litigator with employment law experience to join our legal team based on Chancery Lane in central London. The team provides a range of legal advice and case management to support the needs of the business.The role involves providing legal support and advice to the business on commercial issues on a range of practice areas including the conduct of civil litigation, employment law, contract, intellectual property, data protection and compliance, with no two days the same.
Providing advice and guidance to the business on a range of commercial, employment and HR issues, Case management and conduct of litigation.Advocacy and instructing and liaising with external counsel as appropriate.Drafting agreements, pleadings and statements as required.
To be eligible for this specialist vacancy, please ensure you meet the following criteria:
• Qualified Solicitor preferably working In House or with In House experience.
• Strong academic background.
• Relevant experience in the required fields.
• Commercial awareness and flexibility.
• A team player with a 'can do' attitude and excellent communication skills.
