Employee Benefits Administrator
Lusona Financial Services are looking for an experienced employee benefits administrator to work for a national Wealth Management Company that have an office based in Glasgow.
You will be a part of the Employee Benefits team responsible for liaising with policy providers and managing the following information:
- Processing new joiners and leavers
- Calculating member benefits
- Product provider liaison
- Liaising with advisors, senior management and external parties
- Processing renewals
- Obtaining policy illustrations
- Ad hoc tasks
Suitable candidates will have experience in most, if not all of the above and we are ideally looking to attract motivated and professional people in fitting with the company’s culture. You must have worked in employee benefits within a regulated environment.
A salary of up to £27,000 basic is on offer with an additional benefits package payable over and above.
