UK and Ireland is one of the key zones for ITD in Europe. It has a large concentration of major accounts and partners for our business. The exciting trends of IoT, Cloud and Edge Computing are important drivers in this market and contribute to need for a strong presence for ITD in UK & Ireland.
To define and develop the ITD Marketing plan for UK and Ireland in alignment with the European Marketing Strategy. The Marketing plan covers offer/category, channel and communications/marcom. You will collaborate very closely with the ITD Business VP for UK & Ireland and with the ITD Marcom Manager for UK&I to ensure the marketing plan contributes to the business goals of the region. You will lead the deployment and quarterly tracking of the plan against the annual marketing plan.
Develop Annual Marketing and Sales Plan (AMSP) for UK & Ireland – including business priorities, sales targets and marketing budgets – and aligned with the European Marketing and Sales Plan
Collaborate with the ITD Business VP and the Marcom Manager to ensure alignment and agreement of KPIs
Responsible for integrated marketing in the zone – including offer/category launches, channel marketing and marcom
Partner with the Zone Business VP and the Marcom Manager to lead quarterly reviews of the plan against goals and budget
Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, customer/partner behavior and competitive activity to identify market opportunities and feed these insights to the European Marketing Organization
Liaise with other functional and business managers to ensure that the marketing plan and activities are integrated with other parts of the Schneider business where appropriate

You are someone with a strong marketing background, preferably in the IT industry. You understand the UK & I market and competitors. You are able to develop an integrated marketing plan including offer/category marketing, channel marketing and marketing communications. You are customer driven with a sense of urgency to contribute to sales in your zone. You are collaborative and have good influence management skills to drive the deployment of activities against plan, meeting time to market and budget goals.
