CRM Marketing Executive
Our client is a leading UK and international B2B manufacturer based just off the M62 to the North East of Manchester.
Due to an ongoing and exciting period of growth, they have an exciting opportunity for a full-time, permanent CRM Marketing Executive in our team. The role will report into the Group Head of Marketing, and you will work alongside an established marketing co-ordinator.
As a CRM Marketing Executive, the purpose of your job is to operate the digital and CRM activity, including email activity, website content, lead generation and customer retention/loyalty. Your duties will include:
Marketing activities on our CRM & marketing platform, Dynamics CRM; ensuring we maximum its usage capabilities.
Work with the Group HoM to improve customer retention and loyalty, proactively identifying opportunities to maximise customer contact and improve the overall customer experience.
Plan, build and deliver responsive email marketing programmes, both automated and tactical to communicate with customers.
Build and maintain the eCommerce customer journey, including triggered emails to maximise online sales/conversion and create forms to capture inbound leads.
Maintain the CRM database to deliver clarity and consistency - merging, deleting, cleansing and updating records - and managing data imports.
Use A/B testing strategies for optimised targeted marketing activities
Work closely with the marketing coordinator, responsible for the product marketing, to produce a range of content, including blogs, web pages, case studies, infographics, and videos etc.
Work closely with our SEO agency to create and implement campaigns across paid and earned media channels
Assist with managing customer reviews and social media channels, managing content and responding to customer tweets, posts and reviews, according to brand guidelines.
Co-manage content on multiple websites. Magento CMS / Wordpress knowledge is essential.
Plan, schedule and produce content for the social media channels for multiple brands. Develop and run webinars and webcasts for various customer segments.
Knowledge of asset content production, including video editing as well as using Apple Mac software would be very advantageous (Final Cut Pro/Photoshop/Illustrator/Indesign)
Track and report on website performance and email & social campaigns using Google Analytics and Dynamics CRM - ensuring each campaign is executed on time and budget/ROI.
The role will include working across the group of companies as directed by the Group Head of Marketing.
The successful candidate
Either educated to degree level in business or marketing (grade 2:2 or above), or have a minimum of two years experience in Digital Marketing, CRM or Email Marketing.
Strong email marketing and digital campaign experience, evidence of website/CMS management, knowledge and experience of managing social media platforms.
Previous experience with CRM systems (preferably Dynamics CRM) is also essential, with a desire and willingness to learn further.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task, you must be analytically minded with a strong attention to detail and good Excel skills.
You will have a clear understanding of the principles of customer segmentation.
You should be passionate to test and learn, with a can-do attitude.
A sociable team player who can quickly adapt to change will flourish here.
Full driving licence and access to a car
Happy to occasionally travel to the other UK offices as the role dictates
