We are currently working with an established yet innovative global Payments business to help them appoint a Head of Product Support for Payments.

As a genuine industry thought leader with broader payments market background, you will be capable of setting a vision and have proven experience in customer needs analysis and market focus, throughout the end to end product implementations life cycle ownership.

The Role
The Head of Product Support will deliver profitable scalable and repeatable product implementation strategies that exceed the market’s expectations; that the Sales team can therefore sell and that the delivery and development teams can successfully deliver.

As well as being accountable for ensuring that all revenue and cost targets are met and that the Business Unit’s annual target financial contribution is achieved through the successful implementation of the product and services.

• A leader with outstanding people management skills and the proven ability to build and inspire teams to achieve exceptional objectives.
• Excellence in customer needs analysis and market focus, throughout the end to end product implementations life cycle ownership
• Being an expert in market matters such as target market characteristics, market trends, purchasing power of customers, competition, technological landscape
• Genuine industry thought leader with broader payments market background, capable of setting a vision
• Experience in managing development of products with and for tier 1 banks
