2nd Line Support
Exciting opportunity for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to be part of an established and growing organisation based in Diss, Norfolk.
Applicants should possess:
• 2+ Years using Windows 7, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) 2007 or later versions
• Demonstrable understanding of communication technologies (such as Wide Area Networks, VPNs, ADSL, Remote Desktop
• 2 years + experience working within an IT helpdesk team (1st / 2nd line support) for a multi-site business with a large customer base
• Excellent technical background in a Microsoft Windows environment
