The role involves electrical and commercial building maintenance. You’ll travel the region and carry out both planned and reactive works, as assigned by the helpdesk. We’ll expect you to use your electrical skills to fault find and diagnose problems safely. But above all, we want you to provide a great service, to meet our customers’ purpose.
Perhaps you’ve worked in Building Services, Maintenance or Facilities Management? Either way, you must have experience of providing electrical building services installation, maintenance or even both!
An experienced Electrician, you will have the full set of electrical installation or maintenance qualifications and ideally the Inspection and Testing. If you have plumbing, HVAC or fabric type qualifications that would be ideal however it’s not essential. If you’re apprentice trained even better!
While your technical talents are, of course, essential, it’s a professional but friendly approach that makes all the difference.
