A National Charity is looking for an ICT 3rd-line Support Analyst. The successful candidate will be able to help shape the new ICT infrastructure. The role will suit within the Services Division and will be reporting to the ICT Service Delivery Manager. This role ensures the smooth running of the ICT server and network infrastructure as well as strengthening the organisation's ICT capability. The primary objective of the role is to ensure that agreed levels of system uptime are achieved for the organisations ICT infrastructure, and that the management of key services like updates, security and backups ensure a resilient and compliant network.

Key responsibilities

To serve as escalation point for 1st-line ICT support queries, and provide 2nd-line desktop support
To manage the hands on 3rd-line server and services support.
To manage and maintain the Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policies.
To manage and maintain the Microsoft Exchange Server / Microsoft Office 365 environment
Analyse incident trend information to drive change to processes, procedures, systems and services within the Infrastructure team.
Provide technical knowledge, expertise and consultancy on infrastructure project work

In order to apply you should have the following skills and experience:

Excellent technical, analytical and problem solving skills

Flexible, energetic and driven with the ability to work in a dynamic fast changing environment
Planning and project management skills
Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server operating systems 7/2008 upwards
Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange online with Active Directory synchronization.
Endpoint management: security, encryption, anti-virus, anti-malware, updates, software environment.
Key ICT infrastructure services: anti-virus, backup, monitoring and reporting.
Network infrastructure: firewalls; switches; wireless; LAN; WAN; TCP/IP.
VOIP telephony and videoconferencing systems
Knowledge of compliance - BACS/AUDDISS/PCI/Data Protection
