An excellent opportunity has arisen for a part time Purchase Ledger Assistant to work for a well established manufacturing company based in West Bromwich. This role offers 30 hours a week Monday to Friday with flexibility between the hours of 9-5. This position offers a generous 25 days holiday plus statutory holidays and a competitive salary.

The purpose of the role is to undertake a range of duties within the purchase ledger function.

Daily duties include:

- Reconciliation of invoices

- Reconciliation of supplier statements

- Payments to suppliers

- Sub-contractor payments and Inland Revenue returns

- Shared payroll duties

The required hours of work are 30 per week. You would be required to work each day from Monday through to Friday. Flexibility can be offered on the start and end time as long as the hours are completed between 9-5.
