We are currently working with our client, a leading provider of technology, administration, processing and payments services who has a new opportunity for a number of Administration Assistants to join their team in Exeter or Birmingham on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Purpose of this role:
A number of positions have arisen for estates administration assistants in the Exeter or Birmingham office to support the administration of a deceased person. We have 10 teams of around 4 individuals who administer around 50 cases in each team, acting in all stages of an estate, making initial enquires, obtaining probate, dealing with all taxes, and accounting to the beneficiaries for their entitlement under the Will or Intestacy rules.
The assistant role will support the teams with various banking and clerical duties, simple administration tasks under supervision.
