Financial Performance Manager
Job description: We are recruiting for a Financial Performance Manager to join an inclusive organisation based in the Lincolnshire area. The client is looking for someone to provide an efficient, effective and reliable financial reporting service to customers and staff.
The client is looking for someone who is determined to reach targets and objectives and has excellent attention to detail.
Duration: Temporary initially, although could go permanent for the right candidate.
The successful candidate:
MUST hold a professional qualification (e.g ACA/FCA, ACCA/FCCA, CIMA or CIPFA) with some practical experience
MUST have experience of managing staff
MUST have experience of preparing management and statutory accounts
MUST have experience of preparing, managing and controlling budgets
MUST have detailed knowledge of the principles of continuous improvement
MUST have advanced knowledge of spreadsheets
